We are pleased to announce that Los Angeles County has allowed us to reopen! We have taken these past couple of closures to continually deep clean the salon and prepare for the safest reopening possible. In an attempt to maintain the best salon we can run, we will require reading and following all new instructions before entering West Coast Cuts & Colors.
We are no longer allowed to take walk-ins, as our loyal clients were accustomed to. Please call the salon at (818)340-0452 to book your appointment. If you have previously called about making an appointment, we ask that you call us again as booking is now open! We will be open 10-5 Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays and 9-6 Tuesday-Saturday. We expect to have a high volume of customers once we reopen and ask for your continued patience in the case that appointments fill up quickly.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, we will then be unlocking the door for each individual when we have sanitized our stations and are ready for your entry. We kindly ask that you do not enter the salon without your own mask that hooks behind the ears in order for us to complete your hair service. At this time, the person receiving the service is the only one to be allowed into the salon. If any friends or family wish to join they are welcome to wait outside, as we will not have extra space or a waiting room to accommodate them.
In the case you are getting a color service done and do not want to compromise your own reusable mask, we will have clean disposable masks on hand for a $5 fee. Once you enter, we will supply hand sanitizer provided at the front desk. We will also be conducting a temperature check before bringing you to a clean station where your service will be provided. If you have experienced or come into contact with any person showing symptoms of illness within the past 14 days, we insist you do not come to the salon, and we will be open and ready to take care of you as soon as you are healthy.
Lastly, as this has been a lengthy closure, we will be using more product and spending more time with each individual client. Because of this, prices have increased and we invite any and all questions on pricing before your service begins. We also have apple pay if you are more comfortable with contactless payment, but will accept all forms of payment.
