We are thrilled to share the news that Los Angeles County has officially been placed in the “Orange Tier”!! What this means for our small business is that things are looking up! Maximum indoor occupancy has been increased to 75% which means we get to see more of YOU and we just can’t wait!
Since reopening our doors for the third time on January 26th 2021, we have serviced over 800 clients with ZERO covid cases being traced back to us. This ensures that all protocol we have been following has been well worth it and will be continued in the future. In order to maintain this level of health and safety in our salon, we insist you read this refresher on all rules before booking your appointments or entering the establishment.
In order to be serviced, you must call us at (818)340-0452 to book your appointment. If for any reason we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a name and number and we will book you in as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you do not enter the salon without your own mask that hooks behind the ears in order for us to complete your hair service. In the case you are getting a color service done and do not want to compromise your own reusable mask, we will have clean disposable masks on hand for a $5 fee. At this time, the person receiving the service is the only one to be allowed into the salon, unless a minor with a guardian. If any friends or family wish to join they are welcome to wait outside (and socially distance), as we will not have extra space or a waiting room to accommodate them.
Upon arrival, please sanitize your hands then read and sign our “client health questionnaire” located on the clipboard at the front desk. We will check your temperature and have the station clean and sanitized before bringing you to the chair to be serviced. If you have experienced or come into contact with any person showing symptoms of illness within the past 10 days, we insist you do not come to the salon, and we will be open and ready to take care of you as soon as you are healthy.
Lastly, as it has been quite some time since we have last seen some of our valued customers, we will be using more product and spending more time with each individual. Because of this, prices have increased and we invite any and all questions on pricing before your service begins. An updated menu is located on our website www.westcoastcutsandcolors.com. We also have apple pay available if you are more comfortable with contactless payment, but will accept all forms of payment.
